I fell in love with this dress 2 years before my wedding date. When it came down to going to try dresses on, i remembered that one which i began to do research on it....the research didn't end that great :( After calling around to numerous shops in california, i found out it was a later model and some did not carry anymore. The shops that did have it still quoted me anywhere from $8000-$10,000...yes my hopes and dreams were crushed. Couple weeks later as I'm trying on dresses I'm comparing everything to "this dress" all the dresses i ended up liking were all $6,000 which is way out of my budget. The last place we went to, the lady asked me if i had a style in mind and i just decided to show her a photo my dream dress. i told her the story of my dreams being crushed being out of budget but that was the style i had in mind...sh told me she would be right back. WELL...She can back with THE DRESS!!!!!!!! i got so nervous seeing it in person, my palms got all sweaty as i told her i cannot try that dress on...i just can't, i know i would love it and i didn't want to get even more sad about it. She told me just try it on!!!! So i did and it fit PERFECT!!!! She told me if i wanted it i could purchase it for HALF the price since it was off a mannequin and was only tried on a hand full of times and still in perfect condition. Without a question i took it and i felt like i stole it!!! I would like to return the favor by giving this special dress to someone else without breaking the bank.
