Closeout Hayley Paige Comet

This stunning Hayley Paige gown has lots of potential! It is a sample dress and has areas that are in need of repair - including tears in the tulle, jewels that need to be reattached, missing jewels and straps that need to be reattached. I have included some photos for reference. I would describe the condition as poor, hence the significantly reduced price. No stains and has been kept in a non-smoking home.
